Nox Hummer Shield is an accessory created to protect your components, achieving a perfect fit of the CPU, thus preventing the socket of your motherboard from being forced, deformed or broken. It also stores the thermal silicone, creating more efficient heat transmission as a result.
Shield optimises the contact pressure of the CPU coolers, making it of great help with the assembly of motherboards, while improving their cooling performance.
Nox Hummer Shield has an inner contour specifically designed to redistribute contact pressure from the centre of the CPU to its edges, and therefore avoiding damage during assembly.
This allows the CPU cooler to rest more efficiently on the processor, creating a larger contact surface to dissipate the residual heat generated by the processor.
